The classic cold coffee cocktail, also known as iced coffee

 

Simple and effective, iced coffee is the perfect combo for busy days. If you’re a coffee lover, you’re sure to enjoy this recipe, which will only take a few minutes to prepare.

Prepare your espresso and let it cool in a tall glass. Meanwhile, take out another glass, add plenty of ice cubes and pour in the coffee shots. Coffee lovers, go for it, you won’t be disappointed by this wonderful discovery.

 

The famous iced caramel macchiato

 

For those with a sweet tooth, opt for the popular iced caramel macchiato. This drink combines the strength of coffee with the sweetness of milk and caramel. Would you like to reproduce this cocktail? Here’s our recipe. As with the previous recipe, first prepare your coffee and allow it to cool.

Pour caramel coulis over the sides of a second glass, then add milk, coffee and a few ice cubes. Your iced caramel macchiato is ready to enjoy!

 

The Virgin mojito coffee cocktail

 

As you no doubt know, the mojito is the star cocktail of the summer season. Whether it’s mint or strawberry, the mojito is always a hit. Discover today its coffee-based, alcohol-free version! Prepare your espresso and let it cool. Next to it, in a tall glass, crush a few mint leaves, add 1cl cane sugar, squeeze 1 lemon juice and add 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder.

Place a few ice cubes or crushed ice in the glass, add 9 cl of lemonade and 9 cl of Perrier, then gently pour your ristretto coffee over it. Decorate with a few fresh mint leaves on top and a slice of lemon on the rim. Now you can enjoy your Virgin mojito coffee cocktail !

 

Choco Marshmallow iced coffee cocktail

 

The ultimate gourmet drink, combining milk chocolate and coffee. Want to recreate the drink of your summer? Simply make your milk chocolate as you would for breakfast, then add marshmallows to melt into the mixture. Pour in your coffee, ice cubes and blend.
